FeedQuorum Multi-source feed SLA
Custom Plugin feeds for the assets public feeds don't cover, with a monthly SLA report.

How it will work
- Prices will be the median of three or more sources with an outlier filter and a 2-of-3 rule. A feed will never be updated from a single source.
- Several Plugin nodes will each run a
fluxmonitorjob against one FluxAggregator-style contract per feed. - Default thresholds: 0.25% deviation for stablecoins, 0.5% for volatile assets and a 1-hour heartbeat (stale after 90 minutes, 1.5 × the heartbeat), all configurable.
- USDT quotes will be converted with the Plugin USDT/USD feed when it is fresh. If it is stale or unavailable, the fallback value of 1 will be flagged in the data and the report.
- Market prices only, never a peg cap. Derived prices will be labelled, for example psXDC: "derived: vault rate x XDC/USD".
