AgentGateway at a glance

Who it's for
Developers building AI agents and assistants that need XDC data.
The problem it solves
Agents that read chain data through ad-hoc scripts get stale prices, wrong decimals or worse, access to keys.

Key features

  • Tools for feed lists, feed prices, balances, tokens, blocks and transactions
  • Contract source-verification and reserve-feed checks
  • Mainnet and Apothem testnet
2 more features
  • Same feed list and freshness rule as the explorer
  • No wallets, no keys, no transactions

AgentGateway is a read-only Model Context Protocol server. Any MCP-compatible AI client can use it to read Plugin price feeds and XDC Network data on mainnet and Apothem testnet. It uses the same feed list as the explorer.

Tools

ToolInputReturns
list_feedsfilter?, include_stale?Plugin feeds with live status (fresh only by default) plus counts
get_feed_pricefeed (pair or proxy)price, raw answer, decimals, roundId, updatedAt, age, status
get_xdc_balanceaddress, network?native XDC balance
get_token_infotoken?, holder?, network?name, symbol, decimals, totalSupply, holder balance
get_blockblock?, network?header summary + up to 20 tx hashes
get_transactionhash, network?tx fields + receipt status
verify_contract_sourceaddresssource-verification status on the explorers
rwa_por_checkissuer?, status?, limit?operational health of RWA / PoR feeds

Feed status follows the site-wide rule: a feed is stale when its last update is older than 1.5 × its heartbeat (see Conventions). Prices are what the oracle reports, so check status and age before relying on a value. Not financial advice.
