Developer workshops: building on XDC with Plugin and Foundry

Decks and labs from our half-day, hands-on workshop for developer teams. Labs run on a local test network (anvil); lab 2 can also read live feeds from XDC mainnet without sending anything. Lab 3 (EIP-7702) uses a local test network with Prague enabled; Apothem has supported Prague since block 84,333,000.
